How do you share meaningful progress, especially when things are still rough around the edges?

The question and its context

A prototype rarely tells the whole story. What context helps another engineer give useful feedback? Share an approach that explains what changed, what you learned and where you need a second perspective.

An illustrative perspective

One useful structure is: the question we tested, the evidence we collected, and what we want to try next. A failed experiment can be a useful update too.

Keep the exchange useful

Describe what you have observed, explain your reasoning and make room for another approach. Keep credentials and confidential information out of the conversation.
